They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. This appointment was clearly not time and money well spent. I should have gotten a better recommendation from someone. HAD DENTURES put in and for 5000.00 dentures they have broke 3 times and now they say AT MY COST for 160.00 they can fix my TOP DENTURE that is now broke completely IN HALF I have known people that have DENTURES for OVER 30 years and not ONCE have they ever had PROBLEMS like I have with mine and they didn't PAY as much for their DENTURES as much as I have for mine. Now seem's to me, Since I'm STILL PAYING 119.00 a month for 60 month's I SHOULDN'T had ONE Problem with these DENTURES but FOR SOME REASON???? These DENTURES have BROKEN on me 3 different times in a 2 year span and for 5000.00 I'M SORRY BUT THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING AT ALL, The first time my BOTTOM DENTURES Broke in half and YES they did FIX them no cost to me cause still under WARRANTY the SECOND TIME was when I was in NEW YORK I was eating a SLIM JIM {VERY SOFT] and the very front left tooth POPED OUT, SOOO EMBARRESED LOOK LIKE THE BEVERLY HILL BILLY NOT A PLEASANT TRIP HOME CAUSE OF IT And NOW My top DENTURE HAS BROKE COMPLETELY IN HALF JUST FROM EATING A BB Q POTATO CHIPS SOOO AND I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET THEM FIXED cause my warranty is out OH HELL NOO TIME TO TALK TO A LAWYER SOOO NOT HAPPY AT ALL. PLUS I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT WITH ALL THAT CONSTUCTION THAT WAS GOING ON IN THIS BUILDING HMMM MAYBE I REALY DIDN'T NEED DENTURES, I Think they are ALL ABOUT makeing themselfs LOOK good at ANY OR EVERYONE ELSE COST TURTHFULY I BELIEVE THAT AND THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MAY ATTORNEY VERY SOON, CANT GET MY REAL TEETH BACK BUT I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK
