They don't answer questions, could not even tell me what work my 4 year old needed done during surgery and I was told the doctor would not tell me but would just use his best judgement during surgery. Cannot go back with my child even though she was scared and 4 years old. Also, one reason they probably could not tell me what was wrong was that my daughter told me they did not even ask her to open her mouth, She said she picked out a toothbrush, sat in the chair and "waited all day" and then they brought me to you mommy. Also two other children came out while my daughter was back and said they had "gotten in trouble the dentist had yelled at them for crying" and that their face/mouth hurt. I'm canceling all future appointments after reading reviews. Seems like this is a common occurrence.
