The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I say boycott Accent Dental! My fiance was in there and they took a plate out of his jaw on Wednesday October 13th. They gave him antibiotics and pain killers. He had to come back in a week later because he was still in pain. Once the antibiotics ran out, he was still in pain from the infection. We called their emergency line and didn't get a SINGLE call back. When I called them today (Monday October 25th 2010) Dr Lyzak had the NERVE to say my fiance has a problem with pain killers when all we wanted was another round of antibiotics! My mother had been calling their emergency line too and she said she had mentioned pain killers but every time I called I asked for antibiotics! He even dared to ask why my mother and I were trying to help him. It's because we're decent human beings who can't stand to see a man cry his eyes out and not be able to sleep because the pain is so bad. I've seen my fiance get hurt ALOT worse than this and not take a single pain killer. It is crap that they can't admit they didn't give him enough antibiotic! He had also been there this past April and had a tooth pulled. The dr said the infection was localized to the tooth but low and behold they were WRONG. Big surprise. We had to go to the emergency room to get him the antibiotic that Accent should have given him! That's a bill we have to pay now because they were negligent! A bill we shouldn't have had to pay because they were supposed to give him an antibiotic! BOYCOTT ACCENT DENTAL before they accuse you of being an addict when THEY didn't do their job right! I wish I could give them LESS than 1 star!
