I made an appointment here because my father is one of Dr. Casey's patients. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was so rude to me that I was horrified. She was insensitive and made fun of my hearing disability. She was sarcastic and treated me like my disability affected my intellect. It made me feel so awful that I called the following morning and cancelled the appointment. I can't believe someone, especially in New Orleans, would treat a new patient this way.
