They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would.

Dr. Parry performed my rhinoplasty just over 4 years ago and, at the time, I was extremely pleased. However, now, after 4 years, the tip of my nose has a very noticable indention. It appears that the middle of my tip has collapsed. As of now, I don't know what has caused this indention.
