Dr Thibodeaux is a hard working, compassionate doctor. He explains procedures and answers any questions you may have. He is always acutely aware and concerned about your comfort during exams and procedures. His nursing staff and back office staff are some of the nicest I have met. He has been my urologist for over 10 years, and will continue to be until he retires.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whenever I have a question, they're usually able to answer it over the phone. It's nice not having to drive down there for an appointment every time I have a question. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
