The wait time can be lengthy and the bed side manner could improve; the receptionists are at times unprofessional but when it comes down to affordability, they can not be beat. They try their best to treat the problem as soon as possible (sometimes the same day) as oppose to other dentists that may make one wait nearly a month to fill a cavity (which is ridiculous). They make every effort to ensure that every treatment is as painless as possible within the means of the clients budget and their limited supplies. A business must sometimes pick: better; faster; or cheaper and they have found their niche and it seems to work for them-I have yet to see the lobby empty.
The staff are friendly and considerate. They understand that patients have quirks and difficulties. Waiting room chairs are decent. Wait times aren't bad. On the flip side, they have an open floor plan which doesn't seem to be unusual these days. Its possible to hear others' dental work.
The receptionists appear to be bilingual. Although I didn't need those services, it appeared to make them more understanding of communication issues. I had a speech issue the day I went and the receptionist contacted my doctor's office for me to make arrangements to fax a referral.
