The staff are friendly and considerate. They understand that patients have quirks and difficulties. Waiting room chairs are decent. Wait times aren't bad. On the flip side, they have an open floor pla n which doesn't seem to be unusual these days. Its possible to hear others' dental work.
The receptionists appear to be bilingual. Although I didn't need those services, it appeared to make them more understanding of communication issues. I had a speech issue the day I went and the receptionist contacted my doctor's office for me to make arrangements to fax a referral.
