I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
