When a patient is obviously sick, I think doctors should follow up. This doctor does not follow up or even have a staff member that follows up. I didn't feel like they cared about me.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. The doctor just rambled off what he thought was wrong. I was sort of still confused about everything.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
