They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
