They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
