Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
