They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting a long time. If I have to wait for a return call they have always called back within a couple of hours. Dr. Nanda was great with me during my initial visit and very comforting when it was time for my surgery. Parking was not great because it was so far away from the hospital entrance but I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available for the patients. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Nanda as well as his staff.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
