I found Dr. Figueroa to be a good doctor, however, I feel as though letting his wife run his office was his big down fall. Not only is she rude to his patients but also knows very little about the billing process of a medical office. If he is ever fortunate enough to be able to open a private practice again, he needs to hire trained medical office personnel with great customer service skills. That is just as important to a medical office as the doctor himself!

I love Dr. Fig and his staff, with the EXCEPTION of the receptionist who seems to think she can be rude to anyone and everyone since she is his wife. SHE is the only complaint I have. Dr. Fig is one of the best and most caring doctors in town, along with his staff (again excluding the wife). He takes his times, listens and completely puts you at ease. I would highly, highly, recommend him.
