While getting a filling in one tooth.. Dr Thompson was digging into another ,of which I had no problem with . I guess he thought I couldn't feel the pressure when the roots of my tooth were cracking. I went back two times ... xrays were taken of the same tooth both times . He tried to send me to a specialist .... refused to fix the damage he caused.
Holy Staff! Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I had a change of insurances and when I presented the new card the two girls gave me an attitude and asked me why didn' t I tell them at the time I booked the appt. Then they both proceeded to let me know how hard it was to look up the eob and she kept sighing as if I was putting her out to do her job. I told her since it was apparently such a hassle to look up the insurance that could she please get my child out of the exam room and we would rebook when it was more convienient for her. No apologies or anything. We have been going there for years and Dr. Thompson is great. The new staff...not so much. The reception area is looking very haggard and there were a couple of dead crickets by the chairs. Apparently the staff is just so overwhelmed that they just can't keep up. I was just so disappointed in the girls at the front that I am scared to go back. If you are making an appt. for the first time please make sure you have ALL your info to give them so you will not have the same encounter.
