They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Dr Cefalu (Francis) is very thorough and explains everything. He surpassed my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
