They refused to get my husband in for an emergency even though I called first thing in the morning. The receptionist diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me he had to see a specialist. They overcharged me a lot and when I realized it and complained they grudgingly refunded only part of what they owed me and told me they would check on the rest. I have had 2 fillings go bad less than one year after they were placed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband heard the dentist tell the receptionist not to refund an overpayment they had wrongly billed unless the patient complained and demanded repayment.

The dentists and staff were perfectly professional. Very well taken care of in that regard. However, the billing staff was completely unprofessional. They invoiced me for a procedure that was not done. They then had me pay for services and said they would need to get back to me on an invoice. The receptionist stated that this was due to my insurance. I spoke to my insurance and they said this was not the case. The office then took several days to get an updated invoice to me. This really made it look as if they were creating the invoice based on the maximal amount the insurance would allow them to charge me rather than simply providing me with a procedure code, amount and invoice.
