It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
