I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax. They could have done a much better job cleaning. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. After an exam and cleaning, there were open margins between the crown and the tooth, which means that decay is forming under the crown and on the tooth. Dr. Stephens had me move my teeth forward, way past the top teeth and then to the side and he took the buzzer and buzzed my tooth according to the way I moved my teeth. They laughed. They do not even document the cleaning in their records. Cost nearly $20,000.00 to restore. Don't go to them!
