Dr. Hickham and the nurse assisting her, were amazing. I got laser treatment done and the Doctor, as well as her nurse went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was very patient and made sure I was feeling better bofore I left her office. The checkout staff were all very nice but the ladies at the front desk are very unorganized. One lady had no idea was she was talking about and charged my credit card twice. She was not friendly or apologetic. I would have never returned if it weren't for the Doctor being so wonderful. I have two more treatments left and I'm excited about returning. Even though I was not happy with one of the receptionist I would definitely refer this Doctor to anyone I know.

The restrooms at this office were spotless.I considered their waiting area chairs to be very comfortable. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. They offer competitive pricing. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced.
