They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
