I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The dentist canceled me off his books for appt that I had scheduled without even informing me. States that he canceled because I canceled an appt, due to the fact I was sick(vomiting) and there was no way I could have dental work done. The doctor canceled on me on my first appt, to go work in his yard and I was not upset, but when I cancel it was a big problem for him. I will never recommend this doctor.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, but it stopped within a few hours
