I only have positive things to say about Dr Novak and his staff. The only thing I don't care for, is that they do not call to confirm appts. I was surprised one evening to find out my daughter had an appt the next morning at 8am. We went and were told they had us scheduled at 2. 2pm was much more convenient for me, but when I got home and found the original appt card, I had been right - it WAS 8am! Really, no harm other than wasted gas - but it could have easily been cleared up with a call. This is the ONLY time it has ever happened - so I'm not that concerned in the long run. Still love them!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very professional. Appointments can be made to work around your schedule, they are very accomodating. Two locations available to meet your needs.
