They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
