They're usually able to answer simple questions over the phone, and only make me schedule appointments if necessary, but they do have a phone consultation fee. I guess they need to since it is a business. I've been to a psychiatrist before that used some foul language and it made me wonder how professional they really were. That's part of the reason I swithced docs. They're usually very respectful and courteous. Overall, I'm pleased with this office, and would recommend them to friends and family. I think anyone would benefit from seeing them.
