They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
