Best dental practice in the Quad Cities! I was recently seen for a dental emergency (damaged tooth). The appointment was very timely, and the staff was well prepared to help me. Dental Asst., Suzy, was very friendly and professional. She promptly took the X-rays, developed them, then helped Dr. Dahl with my assessment. Dr. Dahl did a very thorough exam, and, when it was over, she walked me through the injury, extent and several treatment options using my X-rays, photos and models. Dr. Dahl spoke in very easily understood terms so I didn't have to be a dental expert to decide what was the best course for me. Dr. Dahl is a very warm, friendly and knowledgable professional, who will quickly put anyone at ease. I appreciated how well I was treated, and how thorough she was with my care and treatment options.

While I was discussing options with Dr. Dahl, the front desk office staff had prepared an estimate for the various options, and the estimate was available to use during my discussion with Dr. Dahl. It was very helpful to have the cost estimate right there, so I could make an informed decision.

I was then handed off to Dr. Nourahmed and her assistant, Chelsea, to begin the first stage of my tooth repair. This was my first experience with Dr. Nourahmed, and it was a great experience (given the circumstances). Dr. Nourahmed was also very friendly, professional and courteous, and promptly put me at ease for the work to be done. She explained what was involved so there would be no surprises. They were very deliberate to work timely, but to also make sure I had no discomfort, or concerns while being worked on. I was even treated to a movie on the overhead monitor while they worked on me, which was a great distraction. (by the way, Chelsea has great taste in movies). The procedure was completed promptly, and I honestly didn't feel a thing. The aftercare for the procedure was well explained, so there were zero surprises there, either.

Two appointments in the same day with practically no notice. THAT is customer service. This group genuinely cared about me, and my situation. THAT is customer service. Making sure I left with the best temporary repair with a prompt long term repair planned out. THAT is customer service. I was very stressed about the injury, and they were able to address my immediate needs, get me set up promptly for the permanent repair, and put me at ease.

If you are looking for a great facility, with amazing staff that will address your dental needs with the most friendly, professional and stress free care imaginable, then go see Dr. Dahl, Dr. Nourahmed and the staff at Bettendorf Dental!
