It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I wasn't very comfortable the entire time, office was cold and the Dr wasn't very friendly. He just walked in the room, didn't say hi, explained what needed to be done and left. Didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns. He was in and out and that was it. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return.
