Their waiting room was cold. There was a heater behind the desk. Coats were hanging on a few chairs (not appropriate) and blankets (not what a patient wants to see in an elite office. The staff doesn't maintain a professional appearance. Sloppy appearance, hair not pulled back, greasy looking, hair not styled to look nice. Wearing scrubs that were wrinkled. Jackets that are not appropriate. It would be good to see a light weight sweater for all to wear in same color. There is room for improvement. They need to represent an elite doctor's office and they look like they work at a kennel. The doctor works with me until a solution is found. His primary concern is what is best for me. I will recommend to others. Office needs to be freshened up.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Doctor was helpful, willing to stay with my situation until outcome and beyond. Medical assistants not very helpful. New person in office is not friendly or well maintained. She doesn't know anything when you ask her a question. Overall the office is very nice.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
