Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I have been seeing Dr Mehta for awhile now. I like having a physican that is straight shooting and to the point.I also like the fact he is conveniently located just off 96 highway.The main problem I have is the front desk receptionist is far from pleasant. Also the billing dept. is constantly overcharging what I am to pay via medicare guidelines.I am always made to pay whatever they ask if I want to see my dr. I am hoping this to be corrected soon as I have reported them to the QIO that oversees the state of Kansas.If this problem is remedied,then all I have to do is ignore the woman at the front desk who is always having a bad day.
