Waiting time is very short the longest I waited was 10 minutes. The office is very clean and comfortable. The receptionist staff is very friendly and responsive. Dr. Hicks refers to other professionals in the field when she feels this is a need. She is not even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident she always has my best interest at heart. Her primary concern is my safety and comfort, and she always takes the time to address every concern of mine and my husband. She truly is a compassionate and concerned physician.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
