Truly I am not a dentist person, but the staff here is as wonderful ad they can be! I couldn't have such great people working on my teeth. Dr Edgar was great with my extractions and Dr Hamakawa and Alisa were just so great and everyone makes me feel so comfortable. Love it here and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I chose this provide for braces based on price and the fact he was located on other islands. BIG mistake! I was told by him directly that getting the bottom braces installed while on another island wasn't a problem. Made the appointment but their office said they don't do that! I had to throw a fit to get them to, not professional and it took another 2 weeks for it to be done. And getting a apt here on the island we live is just as bad. They want me to take my child out of school, drive to Kahului for a five minute apt. STUPID. One good note, is that Dr. Tom is very pleasant and explains things thoroughly.
