I have taken my daughters to this practice for 2 cleanings and my oldest daughter was referred to an orthodontist to have braces. She had her braces on for 2 years and then had them off and ended up with 2 small cavities. The ortho sent a letter to the Dr Boling office to have them filled and for a cleaning. I had to reschedule to times with a receptionist named Selina due to testing with my daughter at her school and then she called me once to reschedule the appointment because she forgot my daughter also needed her cavities filled and not just the cleaning. I went in to take my daughter for the cleaning and to have her cavities filled and she said I will need to get your co-payment and I said ok and then she said you also owe a balance from broken appointments from 2 other daughters from the year 2013. I said I have never broken an appt that if I had to reschedule I would have spoken with someone or left a message on the answering machine. Funny thing is my daughters have had a cleaning since the date of the broken appointments she gave me and never mentioned anything at that time. Then she says we owe an amount from when my husband had some teeth work done and it went to collections-funny thing is the amount was paid and they are now saying we owe more than the amount paid and we never received anything and there is nothing on our credit report and with collections and we have bought a house and 2 cars and nothing ever showed up with Dr Bolings office. Needeless to say they would not see my daughter for her cleaning and to fill her cavities until we paid them 182.00 for nothing we owe them. They are a money hungry wanting dentist. They also did not bother to tell me anything on the phone was owed to them(which we do not owe) even when I scheduled my daughters appointment and was rescheduled with Selina and I asked her why she did not even mention this to me and she just said this is not my fault very rude! I would never recommend this place even if you were dying with a toothache. I should have known better to take my family here when the parking lot is always empty!
