Dr. Wasdin is a great dentist, he is attentive and works well with children. I was upset by an office staff person who was behind a partition, who made two rude comments. The first was when I was told a filling could not be done for over four months. When I expressed concern over my child having no cavities six months ago, I said "what will the cavity look like in 4 more months?". The staff checking me out was appropriately agreeing with me, she said I could be placed on a waiting list. I said "that would be great". The unseen staff member commented "Dr. Wasdin DID NOT say it was an emergency!" and the girl then did not offer to place me on the list. Then she commented, thinking I could not hear, saying "Stop eating chocolate!". I repeated this to my child and she laughed, knowing that I had heard her. My issue is that doesn't my business help pay her salary? I hate that my experience jaded my thoughts of this office because I love Dr. Wasdin and his hygienists. I hope that he reads this and addresses the judgmental, unprofessional staff member who make an already concerned mother feel terrible.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was easy enough to find. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
