Staff did work me when I called needing to see a dentist. That was good after that everything else went down hill after that. The Dr. came in with his friendly charm and fast talking. I went to see him for 1 toothache. They convinced me to get a full mouth x-ray for future problems vs just getting a 1 tooth x-ray which was fine bc I thought that would be my dentist from there on out. So I paid $169 cash for x-ray and antibiotic and a 1 week f/u appointment. At that visit I discussed getting dental insurance and I was advised NOT to bc they don't pay. Returned in a week with tooth pain still and the dentist discussed deep cleaning with me and several other that things that I took as was ALL included in the $414 cash price. I got the top deep cleaned and I paid $207 cash and left with the same tooth aching I went in with the week prior. The following week I got the bottom deep cleaned and at check out I assumed the $207 from the previous week covered the cleaning bc that's what I was told and a coworker witnessed me being told that yet they asked for another $207 cash! in a matter of 3 weeks I had paid $583 and STILL had an aching tooth! He persistently advised me not to get dental insurance! All bc he wanted to collect CASH! I left his office and swore I would NEVER return. Low and behold I found out I had dental insurance for 2 years and now I'm waiting on a refund! Go to Fulp Dentistry they are great and have no hidden fees!

They examined them, but not very thoroughly

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I left confused and frustrated
