I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
