I started using this distance about two years ago. I have insurance and decided to start taking my daughter on a regular basis. Everything went well until recently. They have new employees that have very rude attitudes. They were very disrespectful. I work a full time job so my mother watches my two children. She took my oldest in for a scheduled 6 month appointment that they made for me. Just one week ago I got a card in the mail with the date and time. So she drove there to the appointment only to have them tell her they cancelled the appointment. They stated that I didn't pay a bill that I have proof of that I paid which was back in Oct 2012 yet they can send an appointment letter a week ago instead of a cancel letter that they should have. This wouldn't be a big deal if this was all. However it caused my mom to buy gas that she didn't have money to buy.
And not only this but my mom also had went there for dental work prior to this incident and got a lot of work done so they put her on a payment plan. They were suppose to take a set amount of her checking account each month. Well they started taking out larges amounts of money without even calling her to let her know which caused her bills to bounce and they stole an additional $660.00 from her account that she didn't even owe. She tried to handle it nicely but they have gotten very nasty continuously and refuse to give money back even though she has proof that she has overpaid them. This dentist is absolutely ridiculous in customer service and they way they handle their clients. I will be finding a new dentist. I will take my business/insurance elsewhere.
If you visit this dentist be prepared to get stolen from and nasty attitudes from the non-educated ladies at the front desk.
