The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and readily answers my numerous questions. They also have a good sense of humor which I find welcoming. Dr. Swords is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is down-to-earth and educates you through the process while he is working. He is engaging, and I also like his sense of humor. I have been going to this dentist for 5 years now.
