They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I tried to make an appointment and the staff asked if we don't the time you want just call another dentist. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
