Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
