I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

On my very first and last visit to Dr. Cleveland...he seemed very nice. I did not expect the following to happen. He said that I needed a total of two root canals (two teeth were damaged and were side by side)and three crowns for some dental work...totaling around $3500.00. After speaking to him further..he did say that he could fill one that need a root canal and two crowns (the two teeth that are side by side)...but the filling would be HUGE and would not look 'natural'. Now I was unsure about 2 of the crowns and root canals, but I knew that the 3rd could just be filled. I was charged $138 for him to tell me this. I decided to get a 2nd opinion...which I am very happy that I did. Went to Dr. Mark Blankenship and was told that I did not need any of the above. He cleaned and filled all of what Dr. Cleveland said that I needed for a FRACTION of the cost. What a beautiful job. And, my filling that Dr. Cleveland said would be HUGE...turned out beautiful. I would check with other Dentists before going to Dr. Cleveland.
