I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. House is one of the best doctors I've seen for my hearing/balance problems over the last 4-5 years. I am extremely sad he is retired. The new doctor seems equally qualified, just a different personality.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed.
