They are quite friendly.... Normal 9-5 business type hours, with a Dr on Call Weekends, My experiences are mixed, both great and less appreciated, These Dr's are very up-front in disclosing their avoidance in using antibiotics. Often times I walk out with no assurance my child is on the way to recovery. Other times I am thankful for their knowledge and time... Overall I have the most luck with the Immediate Care Center in Schererville, IN.... Quick in and out - Dr.s are thorough, they call back to see how youre progressing and they do not hesitate to prescribe medicine. If youre looking for a Dr's office that can tell you all the cons of Prescribed Medicine and the lectures on why it's avoided - Thanks for the quick School of Medicine DOC, - North Point Pediatrics will get 5 Stars, But in all honesty, I just want my child feeling well without pain and suffering from a persistent earache lingering on for 4 days for a Dr. to decide if it is against their moral code of practice in prescribing an antibiotic.... Thanks North Point for wasting My time and money on my educational visits!
