While staff is pleasant, this office should be shut down for seemingly deceptive practices. Because of tooth pain, I called what we thought was our dentist. The automated answer stated it was the office of Dr. Rowan and Dr Wu. When making appointment, I specifically asked for Dr. Rowan; however when we arrived, we were told we would see Dr. Wu. When I hesitated, we were told Dr. Rowan retired about 8 months ago!!! More concerning is that we were not told Dr. Wu had left and was not in the office when x-rays were taken and read, advice given, and an appointment made for a tooth extraction two days later. One hour before appointment time, we were called to say the dentist looked at the xrays (JUST THEN!!!) and that an oral surgeon referral was needed--meaning a delay in getting care for a painful tooth. Disorganized? operating a medical practice without proper supervision? whatever--pick one of the many other dentists in town!
