They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but very ghetto, they were talking about one staff member should have worn thongs, my mouth was not numb and they still attempted topull mu teeth, i advised them my mouth was not numb and i could feel everything they were doing, they advised me it was all in my mind. When I left I could not drive, i sat in my car shaking and crying I was in excrusiating pain and agony. I had to go the the ER in which that created me another bill and my mouth has never been the same again. They gave me no follow up instructions and no gauze for my mouth. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had to wait at least two hours to be seen. I think they are just trying to make all the money and missing the customer service aspect of it. On top of that my husband went to get a teeth cleaning appt was for 2:30 when we talked at 4 he was still sitting in the waiting room. Itold him to leave it is evident they are over booking. I try to support my ppl but this is ridiculous
I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
Their staff is very friendly and professional. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary.
