I have been trying to set up an appointment for my granddaughter at this clinic and it has been like pulling teeth. I first called in January of 2014; I was told that they will not be accepting any applications for any "Well Care" patients until the first week in March. I called the first week in March, I was told that they were not accepting applications until the second week in March; I called the second week, the third week and the last week in March. I even left my phone number with one of the receptionist so that I could be alerted when they started taking applications (I felt like I was bugging them). I was told that the doctor was not accepting any Well Care (Medicaid) patients at the moment because…???? I was told to call back in April, I called the first week in April, and they still didn’t know when they would accept new patients. I called today April 16th, I was told today that they will not accept any new patients until November (that the accepted new patients the first week in April)…THAT’S A BALD FACE LIE.
Maybe it’s just ME, but this whole thing just seems like the run around. If you don’t want to accept MEDICAID patients just say so and remove your practice from the list. Don’t keep making people call and keep pulling their chains. I am VERY upset and disappointed with this whole experience.
This whole experience made me feel that this Dentis has NO regards for patients on MEDICAID.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
