Went in under emergency status and she got to me right away. My pain did not manifest itself in the "normal" area that it should have that totally confused, prior to my visit here, two other dentists and another endodontist. Dr. Merkle found it where the others didn't, did the root canal, prescribed a prescription for antibiotic and inflammation and, although sore from initial abscess, I was good to go. Dr. Merkle and her assistant was so understanding and kind that I felt incredibly lucky that my general dentist referred me to her. She and her staff are exceptional people to go to.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
