when you call to make a appointment noone answer, i have called many time during the week and noone pick up the phone, when i call during the business hours of their bradenton location, still noone answer, when i did get a answer, the staff, a lady, wasn t friendly, courteous, or even cared for your child dentist needs, it felt has she wasn t interested in picking up new clients, she even mention how they had all this medicaid clients, like it was such a burden, i have been looking for a dentist near my adress for my son s age, and i couldn t find any other one unless it will be a emergency, she wouldn t answer my question, she would tell me than she s booked for the next 2months, then she will change her story again and just say than she can t take anyone at all, i felt rejected each time. therefor i don t recomend a place like this, i wouldn t want to put my child in a unfriendly in family friendly atmosphere, they have to take your 4 years old in the dentist room without their parents its absurd!!!!!!!!!!!!







they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
