They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. One of the receptionists or office staff yelled at me when I asked for detailed pricing info. and requested confirmation from ins. co. about payments. No apology was offered. It was a very unpleasant experience. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have the doctor's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled and pleasant staff. Their office was the right temperature and very comfortable. Parking is in front of the entrance which is very convenient. I was in awe at the level of service I received. The doctor has the most modern equipment and took care of all my problems in a manner that I have never experienced before. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
