I was very nervous at first but they talked me through the procedure and answered all the questions I had and didn't seem annoyed by them like I've had in the past where you try to ask something and the person acts like they don't even want contact with you. I was very pleased by the staff and how well they did their job. I was comfortable with them the whole time.
